Technical Details (Mixing Ratio 100:50) –

Pot Life: 10~15 Minutes at 25°C mass (Min)

Drying Time (Hours) at 25°C: Surface dry: 1 Hour / Touch dry: 3~4 Hours / Hard dry: 12 Hours (Note: Can also cure using an oven at 60~70°C for 30 minutes)

Mix Viscosity (mPas) at 25°C: 400~600

HOW TO USE:

1. MEASURE PRECISELY: Using a clean digital scale, measure the Resin (Part A) and Hardener (Part B) in a strict 100:50 ratio by weight for a proper cure
2. MIX THOROUGHLY: Blend the two components gently but thoroughly for 3-5 minutes. ensuring all material is scraped from the sides and bottom of the container.
3. ADD ARTISTIC COLOR: Introduce alcohol inks, mica powders, or specialized resin pigments for vibrant, customized art effects. Stir until fully dispersed.
4. POUR INTO MOLD: Slow, steady pour. For deep castings and geode artifacts, pour in careful layers to avoid bubbles and create intricate patterns
5. ALLOW TO CURE: Place in a dust-free area for 12-24 hours at room temperature. For full cross-linking and hardness, wait up to 48 hours.
6. DEMOLD & REFINE : Once hard carefully demold your creation If needed sand and polish edges for a glass-like finish
